Leave Cao Bang for the waterfall area. Allow time for a roadside break where the river bends around the limestone hills.

Ban Gioc waterfall
Explore the designated viewing area at an unhurried pace. Water levels and light change with the season. Stay nearby overnight.
Day 02
Nguom Ngao Cave
Follow the marked route through the cave before returning to Cao Bang. Bring shoes with grip for damp steps.
